A: Vintage wholesale clothing refers to pre-worn second hand clothing and are sold in bulk quantities to retailers or wholesalers. These clothing items are often highly sought after for their unique style and character, and are becoming increasingly popular in the fashion industry.

 

Q: Where do you source your vintage wholesale clothing?

A: Our vintage wholesale clothing is sourced from a variety of locations across the world in order to reach the best branded and unbranded garments.

 

 Q: What types of vintage clothing do you offer?

A: We offer a wide range of vintage clothing items, t-shirts, jackets, jeans, pants, tops.. Our vintage clothing spans mostly from the 1980s up until the 2010s, and represents a diverse range of styles, colours, and sizes.

 

Q: How do I place an order for vintage wholesale clothing?

A: To place an order, simply add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Or you can click on our order form to see a full list of our products and simply add the items you would like. 

You can choose to pay by credit card or PayPal, and your order will be shipped directly to your door.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are dissatisfied with your order and would like to return it, please send an email to info@vintagewholesaleuk.com or use our contact form with your order number and a reason for your return.

Please be advised that we must be notified of any returns within 14 days of delivery, and all items must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, so please make sure to send your item with tracking to ensure its safe delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during return transit.

Please note that refunds will only cover the cost of the items and not the original shipping fees.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days upon receiving the products. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. However, please be aware that we reserve the right to exclude any items that were not included in your original order from your refund.

 Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: We offer fast and affordable shipping options to customers all over the world. Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your shipping location. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours of purchase and delivered within 3-5 days domestically or 7-14 days for international orders. 

 

Q: What is the difference between Grade-A, Grade-B and Grade-C second hand clothing? 

  • Grade A second hand clothing refers to gently used clothing items that are in excellent vintage condition, with the worse items having small minor stains or washable mark and the odd bobble.
  • Grade B second hand clothing refers to clothing items that have been worn more frequently and may show signs of wear, such as fading, pilling, or minor stains, minor zip damage.
  • Grade C second hand clothing refers to clothing items that are in poor condition and have significant signs of wear, tear, and damage. These items may have holes, rips, tears, large stains, or other damage.
